Order
Please carefully review your order before submitting. Currently, it is not possible to cancel or change your order once your order starts shipping.
We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will ship when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order more quickly, shoot us an email at service@evowera.com and we'll let you know if there's a way to
make this happen.
Shipping
Normally, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation email. While the processing and shipping times will depend on the items that you have purchased, please note that we cannot guarantee the timeline that an order will ship.
We deliver within the US in 3-7 business days,depending on your locations and our warehouse availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID number by e-mail from us. With this number, you can track the delivery of your order. Please note you may receive multiple Tracking ID numbers if your order is shipped in multiple shipments.

We only deliver within the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Singapore. It is, unfortunately, not possible to deliver to other regions currerently.
You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email service@evowera.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request and NEW shipping address.

All orders qualify for free shipping.
Returns
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the product, we’re happy to accommodate this request within the first 30 days of purchasing. The product must be returned clean and, in its entirety, together with its original packaging or in another solid box.
We are not able to process returns for items listed as Final Sale including, but not limited to, our Last Call/Sale section.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email service@evowera.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request and most importantly
- A photograph or a video demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
If you received an email from evowera with tracking details for your order and the order was marked as delivered but never received your shipment, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivered date. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at service@evowera.com and we will find a solution.
Please be aware, lost packages must be reported within 10 days of the
marked delivery date.
